User Responsibilities
Users must register with accurate and complete information. Each user may only create one account.
Users are obligated to keep their access credentials secure and report unauthorized use immediately.
Compliance with all legal regulations, particularly when organizing events, is the sole responsibility of the user.
Users expressly and irrevocably consent to the publication of photo and video recordings from events.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using PAPEO:
Publishing or distributing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
Impersonating another person or organization
Sending spam, unwanted advertising, or repetitive messages
Disrupting or impairing the functionality of the app
Unauthorized collection or extraction of user data
Misusing the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
Content and Rights
All rights to content published in the PAPEO App belong to PAPEO or the respective copyright holders.
Users grant PAPEO the right to use and publish content they upload.
Removing or altering copyright notices is prohibited.
Payment Policy
For payments through our platform, the acceptable use policies of our payment service provider also apply:
Users must comply with all applicable payment policies.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
